On Thursday, February 16, 2023, at approximately 2355 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of 71 Thompson Street, within the confines of the 120th Precinct in Staten Island.

Upon arrival, officers were directed to an apartment, inside of a residential building at 71 Thompson Street, where they observed a 14-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his head.

EMS responded to the location and transported the aided male to Richmond University Medical Center, where he is listed in critical condition.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following unnamed 17-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged on Friday, February 17, 2023, at 2130 hours, within the confines of the 120th Precinct.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a criminal mischief / hate crime, which occurred within the confines of the 1st Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 02, 2023, at approximately 1615 hours, an unidentified individual approached a mobile Mitzvah Tank Synagogue, which was parked at 575 Broadway, and graffitied the word “PALESTINE” on the exterior of the synagogue vehicle.

The individual then fled into the subway system.

The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.

Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

On Saturday, March 25, 2023, at approximately 0307 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at the intersection of E. 179th Street and Mapes Avenue, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 34-year-old male with gunshot wounds throughout the body.

EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.

A second victim from this incident, a 33-year-old male, was observed with a gunshot wound to his right arm, and was transported via private means to Bronx Lebanon Hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
