On Saturday, December 27, 2025, at approximately 2203 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress inside of 1182 Ogden Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 30-year-old female unconscious and unresponsive, with stab wounds to the face and abdomen.
EMS responded and transported the female to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where she was pronounced deceased.
Two (2) persons of interest were taken into custody, and the investigation remains ongoing.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 26-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the chest. The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi in critical condition, where he was later pronounced deceased.

The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a criminal mischief / hate crime, which occurred within the confines of the 1st Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 02, 2023, at approximately 1615 hours, an unidentified individual approached a mobile Mitzvah Tank Synagogue, which was parked at 575 Broadway, and graffitied the word “PALESTINE” on the exterior of the synagogue vehicle.
The individual then fled into the subway system.
The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.
Surveillance video clip and photographs of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.
