A firearm and drug paraphernalia were recovered inside a bedroom.
Furthermore, human remains of a 46-year-old male were found inside the kitchen of the apartment.

NYPD Traffic Enforcement Agent, Mdabul Sarker, 52, Arrested
On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 0127 Hours, the following 52-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan.
The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a criminal mischief / hate crime, which occurred within the confines of the 1st Precinct in Manhattan.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Thursday, February 02, 2023, at approximately 1615 hours, an unidentified individual approached a mobile Mitzvah Tank Synagogue, which was parked at 575 Broadway, and graffitied the word “PALESTINE” on the exterior of the synagogue vehicle.
The individual then fled into the subway system.
The NYPD’s Hate Crime Task Force is investigating.

Upon arrival, officers observed a 40-year-old male with gunshot wounds to the chest and leg, unconscious and unresponsive.
EMS responded and transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital in critical condition, where he succumbed to his injuries.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
