On Wednesday, January 18, 2023, at approximately 2051 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at the rear of 4057 Pratt Avenue, within the confines of the 47th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 21-year-old male with a gunshot wound to his chest.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The New York City Police Department is seeking the public s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to an aggravated harassment (hate crime), which occurred within the confines of the 17th Precinct / Transit District 4 in Manhattan.
The following has been reported to police.
On Friday, February 18, 2022, at approximately 0750 hours, the individual approached the 17-year-old victim on the on the southbound E and F train platform, inside the 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue subway station and yelled anti-gay and anti-transgender comments at her before fleeing.

On Wednesday, November 02, 2022, at 1451 hours, the following 38-year-old male on-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

On Saturday, January 21, 2023, at approximately 2226 hours, police responded to a 911 call of shots fired in the vicinity of 1121 Morris Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed two (2) males with gunshot wounds.
The first victim, a 29-year-old male, sustained a gunshot wound to the left arm and was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
The second victim, a 33-year-old male, sustained a gunshot wound to the stomach and was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, it was discovered that there were two (2) additional victims as a result of this incident.
The third victim, a 30-year-old male, was discovered by officers with a gunshot wound to the lower back in the vicinity of Sherman Avenue and E. 167th Street. EMS responded and transported this aided male to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
The fourth victim, a 24-year-old male, was transported by private means to NYC Health + Hospitals / Harlem in stable condition.
There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
