The New York City Police Department is seeking the public s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to an aggravated harassment (hate crime), which occurred within the confines of the 17th Precinct / Transit District 4 in Manhattan.
The following has been reported to police.
On Friday, February 18, 2022, at approximately 0750 hours, the individual approached the 17-year-old victim on the on the southbound E and F train platform, inside the 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue subway station and yelled anti-gay and anti-transgender comments at her before fleeing.

On Tuesday, January 24, 2023, at approximarely 2258 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside of an apartment, located in a residential building at 1285 Washington Avenue (Morrisania Houses), within the confines of the 42nd Precinct / Police Service Area #7 in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 25-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the victim deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
