The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph, who is sought in connection with public lewdness in transit, which occurred within the confines of the 104th Precinct / Transit District 33 in Queens.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Saturday, March 12, 2022, at 2345 hours, aboard a downtown M train at Metropolitan Avenue, an unidentified male exposed his penis and masturbated in front of the victim, an 18-year-old female.
The unidentified male fled at Metropolitan Avenue.
The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
