The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection with a forcible touching incident, that occurred within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at approximately 1515 hours, a 12-year-old female victim was seated aboard an MTA bus in the vicinity of W. 162nd Street and Ogden Avenue, when she was approached by an unknown individual.

The individual sat next to the victim and forcibly touched the victim’s private areas over her clothing.

The individual was last seen fleeing eastbound on E. 161st Street on foot.

The victim was treated on scene by EMS.

The wanted individual is described as an male, Black, approximately 5’7″ tall, weighing 145 lbs. with a medium-dark skin complexion.

He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, white t-shirt, black pants with white stripes down the sides and white sneakers.
