On Monday, March 25, 2024, at approximately 0339 hours, New York City Police Department (NYPD) officers responded to a 911 call of an aided person at 720 Westchester Avenue within the confines of the 40th Precinct / PSA 7 in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 46-year-old female, unconscious and unresponsive, with trauma to the face and head.
EMS responded and pronounced the female deceased on the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 26-year-old female individual was arrested and charged on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at 1330 hours, within the confines of the 40 Precinct.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
