On Tuesday, August 22, 2023, at 1025 hours, the following 33-year-old female off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 112th Precinct in Queens.

NYC DOE Employee
Charges:
- rape;
- criminal sex act;
- acting in a manner injurious to a child less than 17 years old.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
