On Sunday, June 18, 2023, at 1855 hours, the following 33-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 32nd Precinct in Manhattan.
- leaving the scene of an accident with an Injury;
- act in a manner injurious to a child less than 17.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
