On Sunday, July 28, 2024, at 2116 hours, the following 35-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

NYPD Police Officer
Charges:
- criminal mischief;
- assault in the 3rd degree;
- acting in a manner injurious to a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
