On Friday, June 16, 2023, at 0215 hours, the following 39-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

Charges:
- DWI;
- DWAI by alcohol;
- following too close;
- unsafe turn / fail to signal;
- operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
