On Tuesday, February 07, 2023, at approximately 0852 hours, police responded to a 911 call of shots,fired at the intersection of Park Avenue and E. 167th Street, within the confines of the 42nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 31-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive with a gunshot wound to the chest.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 30-year-old-male individual has been arrested and charged in regard to the above-listed homicide.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
