On Thursday, October 14, 2021, at approximately 1055 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in front of 1096 Rutland Road, within the confines of the 67th Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, officers determined that an adult male was shot in the chest and transported to Brookdale Hospital by private means, where he was pronounced deceased.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 22-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged.
