On Tuesday, May 31, 2022, at 0100 hours, the following 27-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 122nd Precinct in Staten Island.

FDNY EMT
Charges:
- assault on a police officer;
- refusal to take breath test;
- driving while ability impaired by alcohol;
- operating a motor vehicle with BAC .08 of 1% alcohol.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
