The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the female individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to an assault, which within the confines of the 10th Precinct in Manhattan.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Thursday, March 10, 2022, at approximately 2025 hours, in the vicinity of W. 28th Street and 8th Avenue, an unknown individual approached the 87-year-old female victim from behind.

The individual proceeded to push the victim causing her to fall and hit her head. The individual fled westbound on W. 28th Street towards 9th Avenue.

EMS responded and transported the victim to an area hospital, where she remains in critical condition at this time.

The individual is described as an adult female in her 20s, White, with a light skin complexion and long red hair.

She was last seen wearing a black jacket, black leggings, white skirt (possibly a dress) and dark-colored shoes.
