On Saturday, January 22, 2022, at approximately 0600 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in front of 805 E. 139th Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old male in front of the location, with gunshot wounds to the torso and legs.
EMS responded to the location and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
