On Saturday, August 19, 2023, at approximately 1116 hours, police received a 911 call of an unconscious aided individual, at Whitlock Avenue and Boulevard, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, an unidentified, unconscious and unresponsive male in his early 40s was found inside of a garbage bag, inside of a cart at the location.
EMS responded and pronounced the aided deceased on scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
