On Monday, April 24, 2023, at 0118 hours, the following 30-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan.

Charges:
- driving while intoxicated;
- driving while ability impaired by alcohol;
- operating a motor vehicle with a blood alcohol content .08 of 1%.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
