Joseph Barahona, 19 & Joe Donias, 36, Arrested For The Murder Of Gregory Campos, 18

On Thursday, February 10, 2022, at approximately 1833 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot inside at 30-38 74th Street, within the confines of the 115th Precinct in Queens.

Upon arrival, responding officers determined that an 18-year-old male was shot in the torso at the location and transported to NYC Health + Hospitals / Elmhurst by private means, where he was subsequently pronounced deceased.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 19- and 36-year-old male individuals have been arrested and charged in regard to the above-listed murder.

Joseph Barahona

Charges:

  • murder;
  • burglary;
  • attempted robbery;
  • criminal possession of a weapon (2 counts).

Joe Donias

Queens, NY 11370

Charges:

  • manslaughter;
  • violation of local law;
  • criminal possession of cannabis;
  • criminal possession of a weapon.

The investigation remains ongoing.
