The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is sought in connection with a robbery in transit, which occurred within the confines of the 108th Precinct / Transit District 20 in Queens.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Sunday, March 13, 2022, at 0545 hours, on the stairs, leading into the Queens Plaza Station (E line), an unidentified male approached the victim, a 31-year-old female, displayed a knife, threatened the victim and demanded cash.

The victim surrendered $200 and the unidentified male fled into the subway system.

The victim was not injured as a result of this incident.
