The New York City Police Department is asking the public for assistance with locating and identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph and video clip, who is wanted in connection to a grand larceny, which occurred within the confines of the 115th Precinct / Transit District 20 in Queens.
The following has been reported to the police.
On Tuesday, February 15, 2022, at approximately 1445 hours, onboard a Queens bound 7 train, inside of the 90th Street subway station, a 13-year-old female was using her cellphone, when an unknown individual snatched the phone from her hands and fled the station.
A surveillance video clip and a photograph of the suspect are attached and available at DCPI.

The public can also submit their tips by logging onto the Crime Stoppers‘ website or by texting their tips to 274637 (CRIMES) then enter TIP577.
