The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in ascertaining the whereabouts of the unidentified male, seen in the attached surveillance photographs, who is sought in connection with forcible touching incident, which occurred within the confines of the 114th Precinct / Transit District 20 in Queens.
Details are as follows.
It was reported to police that on Wednesday, January 26, 2022, at 0800 hours aboard a northbound M train enroute to the Steinway Street Station, the victim, a 14-year-old female, was seated when the unidentified male seated beside her touched her thigh and buttocks over her clothing.
Upon arrival at Steinway Street, the victim and the unidentified male detrained and proceeded topside.
The unidentified male followed the victim and attempted to engage her in dialogue.
The victim fled for safety and the unidentified male fled on foot.
The victim was not injured.
