The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photographs, who is wanted in connection to a sexual abuse incident, that occurred in transit, within the confines of the 84th Precinct / Transit District 32 in Brooklyn.

Details are as follows.

It was reported to police that on Wednesday, February 02, 2022, at approximately 0820 hours, on a northbound D train, approaching the Atlantic Avenue Barclay Center subway station, an unknown individual approached a 14-year-old female victim and rubbed her leg inappropriately multiple times.

The individual was last seen entering the B and Q train platform at the Atlantic Avenue Barclay Center subway station and fled to parts unknown.

No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.

The individual is described as an adult male in his 60s, approximately 5’03” tall, White.

He was last seen wearing a black hat, black jacket, black backpack, light colored pants and light-brown boots.
