On Wednesday, March 16, 2022, at approximately 1203 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided male at 45 Hawthorne Street, within the confines of the 71st Precinct in Brooklyn.
Upon arrival, officers observed an unconscious and unresponsive 24-year-old male with a stab wound to the neck.
EMS responded and transported the male to Kings County Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
A person of interest has been taken into custody.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
