On Thursday, September 5, 2024, at approximately 1702 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot at 1898 Belmont Avenue, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 26-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded and pronounced the 26-year-old male deceased on scene.
Following proper family notification, the victims have been identified as indicated.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
