On Tuesday, July 11, 2023, at approximately 2225 hours, police received a 911 call of a male, shot at 1791 Gleason Avenue, within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 35-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the head.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, in critical condition.
On Thursday, July 13, 2023, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
