On Thursday, October 06, 2022, at approximately 2011 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided, unconscious male inside of an apartment, located inside a residential building at 616 E. 139 Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 33-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, lying face down on a bed within the bedroom area, with apparent brusing to the neck area.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the aided male deceased at the scene.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 30-year-old female individual has been arrested and charged on Friday, October 07, 2022, at 0600 hours, within the confines of the 40th Precinct.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The investigation remains ongoing.
