On Monday, November 28, 2022, at approximately 0350 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unconscious male in front 1243 Oak Point Avenue, within the confines of the 41st Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police observed an unidentified adult male, unconscious and unresponsive, on the ground at the location.
The 60-year-old male had no obvious signs of trauma observed.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 35-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged in regard to the above-listed incident.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
