On Wednesday, July 31, 2024 at approximately 0507 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot in front of 56 Roxbury Street, within the confines of the 121st Precinct in Staten Island.
Upon arrival, officers observed two (2) 28-year-old males with gunshot wounds.
The first 28-year-old male had a gunshot wound to the head and gunshot wounds to both arms.
The second 28-year-old male had a gunshot wound to the left arm.
EMS responded and pronounced the 28-year-old male with the gunshot wounds to the head and both arms deceased on scene.
EMS transported the 28-year-old male victim with the gunshot wound to the left arm to Richmond University Medical Center in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
