The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is asking for the public’s assistance in locating the person, depicted in the attached photograph, who is wanted in connection with the following homicide, that occurred within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Details are as follows.
On Sunday, June 23, 2024, at approximately 2254 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an assault in progress at 526B Willis Avenue, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 54-year-old male with a laceration to the face.
The victim was transported by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln in stable condition.
On Wednesday, July 17, 2024, the victim succumbed to his injuries.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

He is described as a 37-year-old male, Black, with a medium-dark skin complexion, approximately 5’9″ tall, weighing 180 lbs.
