On Saturday, September 14, 2024, at approximately 2136 hours, officers responded to a report of a person, shot at Sheridan Avenue and McClellan Street, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers discovered a 31-year-old male with multiple gunshot wounds to the torso and a 49-year-old male with graze wound to stomach.
The 31-year-old male was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
The 49-year-old male was removed by EMS to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, in stable condition.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.
