The New York City Police Department (NYPD) is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from, and resides within the confines of the 43rd Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Cesar Mendez, was last seen on Thursday, September 12, 2024, at approximately 1930 hours, leaving his residence.
The missing is described as a 17-year-old male, Hispanic, approximately 5’8” tall, weighing 180 lbs., with a medium build, light skin complexion, black short hair, black beard and brown eyes.
He was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt, blue jeans, and beige sneakers.
