The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating the following person, who was reported missing from within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.

It was reported to police that Rusbell Alcantara was last seen leaving her residence on Wednesday, October 25, 2023, at approximately 0740 hours.
The missing is described as a 13-year-old female, Black, approximately 5’1″ tall, weighing 120 lbs., with a medium-dark skin complexion.
She was last seen wearing a red coat, beige pants, pink glasses and white sneakers.
