On Saturday, April 01, 2023, at approximately 1524 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an unresponsive aided male at 765 E. 175th Street, within the confines of the 48th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, an investigation revealed that a 52-year-old male was unconscious, unresponsive in elevator room of the location with a stab wound to the neck.
EMS responded to the location and pronounced the aided male deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing police investigation, the following 34-year-old male individual has been arrested and charged in regard to the above-listed homicide.

The investigation remains ongoing.
