On Sunday, December 05, 2021, at 1500 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot at West Fordham Road and Aqueduct Avenue within the confines of the 52nd Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 62-year-old male, shot in the head. He was transported to St. Barnabas Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Following an ongoing investigation, the following 36-year-old male individual has been arrested in regard to the above-listed incident.
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
