On Sunday, July 21, 2024, at approximately 1755 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a male, shot in the vicinity of 3125 Park Avenue, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 41-year-old male, who sustained a gunshot wound to the chest.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
