On Wednesday, September 18, 2024, at 0127 Hours, the following 44-year-old female off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 5th Precinct in Manhattan

Charges:
- assault in the 2nd degree.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
