On Saturday, October 28, 2023, at approximately 1646 hours, the following off-duty 34-year-old male New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 9th Precinct in Manhattan.

NYPD Police Officer
Charges:
- license plate violation – improper plates;
- motor vehicle violation – unregistered vehicle;
- aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle in the 3rd degree;operation of a motor vehicle without Insurance.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
