On Monday, June 8 , 2026, at 0116 hours, the following 27-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

NYPD Police Officer
Charges:
- illegal U-turn;
- failure to obey traffic signal;
- obstructing governmental administration.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
