On Saturday, May 27, 2023, the following 49-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines in the 106th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- DWI;
- DWAI;
- aggravated DWI;
- operating motor vehicle BAC .08 of 1%.
The investigation remains ongoing.
