On Sunday, June 11, 2023, at 0211 hours, the following 29-year-old male off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 84th Precinct in Brooklyn.

Charges:
- DWI;
- DWAI: alcohol;
- aggravated DWI;
- operating motor vehicle with BAC .08 of 1%;
- operator leaves scene with property damage.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
