On Thursday, December 08, 2022, at 1408 hours, the following 77-year-old male on-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged within the confines of the 109th Precinct in Queens.

Charges:
- criminal obstruction of breathing;
- act in a manner injurious to a child.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
