On Friday, May 12, 2023, the following 31-year-old feme off-duty New York City employee was arrested and charged in the confines in the 10th Precinct in Manhattan.

NYPD School Crossing Guard
Charges:
- assault;
- acting in a manne injurious to a child less than 17.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
