On Tuesday, January 25, 2022, at approximately 0645 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a two alarm fire at 230-17 88 Avenue, within the confines of the 105th Precinct in Queens.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 91-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive on the first floor.
EMS responded and pronounced the male deceased at the scene.
The Medical Examiner will determine the cause of death.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
