On Monday, March 27, 2022, at 0520 hours, police were notified of an unconscious male, located in the vicinity of W. 38th Street and 7th Avenue, within the confines of the Midtown South Precinct in Manhattan.
Upon arrival, police discovered a 51-year-old male unconscious and unresponsive, lying on the pavement at the location.
EMS transported the male to Lenox Hill Hospital, where he was pronounced deceased. Medical personnel later determined that the victim had been stabbed.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
