On Saturday, February 8, 2025 at approximately 0154 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot at 1735 Fowler Avenue, within the confines of the 49th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 49-year-old male with a gunshot wound to the abdomen.
EMS responded and transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals / Jacobi, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

Pursuant to an ongoing investigation, the following 46-year-old male individual was arrested and charged on Saturday, February 8, 2025, at 2022 hours, within the confines of the 4th Precinct.

The investigation remains ongoing.
