On Saturday, May 14, 2022, at approximately 2225 hours, police responded to a 911 call of shots fired at 473 E. 146 Street, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 27-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive, with two (2) gunshot wounds to the chest.
EMS responded and transported the aided male to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

There have been no arrests made and the investigation remains ongoing.
