On Thursday, November 02, 2023, at approximately 1449 hours, police responded to a 911 call of an aided male, located at 775 Concourse Village, within the confines of the 44th Precinct in the Bronx.Upon arrival, officers observed a 44-year-old male, unconscious and unresponsive inside a black plastic bag.
During the investigation it was discovered that victim had head trauma.
EMS responded and pronounced the aided deceased at the scene.
Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as follows.

The following 41-year-old male individual was arrested and charged on Thursday, November 02, 2023, at 2035 hours, within the confines of the 44th Precinct.

Charges:
- murder;
- manslaughter;
- criminal possession of a weapon.
The investigation remains ongoing.
All charges are merely accusations and all defendants are presumed innocent until and unless proven guilty.
