The New York City Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to the below-described homicide.

Details are as follows.

On Sunday, November 13, 2022, at approximately 1814 hours, police responded to a 911 call of a person, shot at the intersection of E. 149th Street and Jackson Avenue, within the confines of the 40th Precinct in the Bronx.

Upon arrival, officers observed two 21-year-old males, each with sustained gunshot wounds.

EMS responded to the location and transported one of the victims, who sustained gunshot wounds to the abdomen, to NYC Health + Hospitals / Lincoln, where he was pronounced deceased on Monday, November 14, 2022.

The second victim sustained a graze wound to the lower lip and refused medical attention at the scene.

Following proper family notification, the deceased has been identified as indicated.
