The New York City Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to an assault (hate crime), which occurred within the confines of the 75th Precinct in Brooklyn.
The following has been reported to police.
On Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at approximately 1515 hours, the individual approached the 15-year-old transgender female victim in the vicinity of 145 Pennsylvania Avenue.
The individual proceeded to punch the victim while making anti transgender statements.
The victim sustained minor injuries to her face, but refused medical attention.
