Help Identify A Robbery Suspect

The New York City Police is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance video clip, who is wanted in connection to a robbery, in transit, which occurred within the confines of the 6th Precinct / Transit District 2 in Manhattan.

The following has been reported to police.

On Friday, February 11, 2022, at approximately 0935 hours, the individual approached the 38-year-old female victim, while onboard an E train inside the W. 4th Street subway station.

The individual displayed a knife and removed the victim’s handbag, $40 in cash, an iPhone, and a credit card.

A surveillance video clip of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
