The New York City Police Department is seeking the public s assistance in identifying the individual, depicted in the attached surveillance photograph, who is wanted in connection to an aggravated harassment (hate crime), which occurred within the confines of the 17th Precinct / Transit District 4 in Manhattan.

The following has been reported to police.

On Friday, February 18, 2022, at approximately 0750 hours, the individual approached the 17-year-old victim on the on the southbound E and F train platform, inside the 53rd Street and Lexington Avenue subway station and yelled anti-gay and anti-transgender comments at her before fleeing.

A surveillance photograph of the suspect is attached and available at DCPI.
